May 23, 2023 Hi, getting the below message when opening a document in MS Word (Office 365). The permissions on this file were updated and you no longer have rights to view this file. Mar 22, 2023 Go to File, access Options and go to Advanced; then from General, check update automatic links at open. Dont forget to review your links before choosing to apply any certain modifications or updates to the existing document. If not needed, you can alsoset to Manual Update. From Word, click on File and navigate towards Options.

May 10, 2018 I made a document in Word2016 (outlook365) on 2-25-2018 on my pc. It had 12 pages. I copied this document to my laptop while travelling to the USA. In the USA I made changes to this document almost daily. No problems were noticed. To be safe I sent the docment (now about 30 pages) after a few days with my gmail-account to my own mailbox.
