Option 1 Contact The UNSW IT Service Desk over the phone on (02) 9385 1333. Option 2 Visit the Print/Copy Services desk - (F21) UNSW Main Library, Level 2 . When contacting either option you will need the following information: Printer Asset Number. This is located on a metallic blue and silver sticker.

If you want to print a document that is personal or confidential, and you do not want anyone else to see it, the printer can hold your job in memory until you arrive at the printer.

Staff Desktop Printers. Staff have access to Multi-Function Devices (MFD) deployed around the Faulty at key locations. MFD's print, scan, email and fax documents.These devices are part of the MPS system. Please note that "MPS" stands for Managed Print Services, and is the method by which printers are managed across the university by UNSW IT.
