Academic Transcript Unsw Current Students
UNSW is offering the following two service options: You can request a digital copy of your academic transcript via the My eQuals service. Further information regarding this option can be found below under 'My eQuals Service'. You can request a physical copy (hard copy) of your academic transcript (standard or fast service).
An academic transcript is a certified record of your full enrolment history at UNSW, including all courses attempted, results received, and degrees awarded. You do not need to submit separate requests for each degree that you obtained.
Fast Transcript Replacement Testamur Standard Academic Transcript (including My eQuals) A certified record of your full enrolment history at UNSW, including all courses attempted, results received, and degrees awarded. Please allow 5 working days for your request to be processed and dispatched.
Fast Service Transcripts are available for collection only from The Nucleus: Student Hub (https://onlinestudentforms.unsw.edu.au/public/academic-transcripts If you require transcripts to be posted, please use the Standard Transcript request option.

Documents you can request include Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS), Fast Transcript, Replacement Testamur and Standard Academic Transcript. Official Letters : Current Students. Only available to current students.

The courses will remain on your academic transcript under your old program. If you were approved for transfer credit prior to Semester 1 2016, all courses and marks achieved will appear on your transcript under the program you were enrolled in when you attempted the course (s).
